This half term classes 6,7 and 8 have been learning about our world. We have discovered how polar bears survive in the Arctic circle and why giraffes have long necks. We have learnt a lot of new vocabulary and many more geographical skills. The children can find and name the Arctic circle, Antarctic circle, China, the equator and the UK.

Class 6 have been particularly fascinated by maps.  Class 7 have shown interest in the animal food chain and Class 8 have explored ice.
