As part of our ‘Healthy Me’ topic, Class 2 explored the healthiness of pizza. They learned from studying food groups and balanced diets that pizza can indeed be a nutritious option. Class 2 then made their own healthy pizzas, incorporating plenty of colourful vegetables. They understand the importance of including foods from every food group in their diet. The pizza-making experience was a hit with Class 2, and they especially enjoyed tasting their creations!
