We have continued with our DT project and have become experts in threading needles and knotting thread. We are learning how to do a running stitch, over stitch and a cross stitch before we design and make our hand puppets.

First we tested what would stick the material together. We used treasury tags, sellotape and glue, but didn’t think any of these would be the most effective way of making a hand puppet. The majority of the class thought sewing would be a better option.
